Well, Nico moved to a larger, better shop, Champion Auto Clinic. Now our car will have a dedicated space for it in which we can work, no problem. So today we helped him move all our stuff over to the new place. Donato is gone next weekend, so no work either. Hopefully the next one we’ll put the good stuff in!
We were invited to an event at WINZ 940 AM ClearChannel Radio studios in Miramar, just
north of Miami. WINZ 940 AM Radio’s popular morning talk show host, Nicole
Sandler, hosted the screening of the film and had been hyping and promoting it
for the prior 3 weeks on her radio show, thanks to which we had an excellent
turnout, packed theater, with one of the best, most enthusiastic,
knowledgeable, and passionate crowds.
We gave a presentation that came out real well and people loved. Everyone had a lot of questions which we stayed to answer for a couple hours after the event. Click here to download the presentation.

We also got to ride Andre Roddy’s eBox (AC propulsion Scion conversion). It was really cool. We also chatted with Charles Whalen, from the Florida Electric Auto Association and discussed the possibilities of installing a charging station in Miami Beach! more news to come on that….

So, we are not in the next chapter yet! There was no chance to work on the car today. Nico was super busy fixing a boat. Also, Babby didn’t show up to work and he had the keys! We couldn’t event get in the car to see how he cleaned it! Frustration kicked in for a second there.
Anyways, Nico gave us the news that he is moving to a bigger shop soon, where the car is going to have a dedicated lift and storage area! Congratulations for the move and thanks, Nico!
We’ll try again next Saturday, then we’ll be in the next chapter…. stay tuned…

We are in the papers! In today’s Miami New Times, we were featured in page 6, in a really cool article by Janine Zeitlin, called Punch Buggy.
Also, we got some tools!, we got Frank Manfredonia from Greenlee to donate a crimper, a cable cutter, a screwdriver and a meter.
